Gerald Albert Groves
Gerald (Gerry ) died on the 18th May 2023 of pneumonia. He went into the RAF as boy entrant in1952 at yatesbury.He trained on ground radar,then on air radar.then transferred to Cosford. He passed,out in 1954 and went to RAF Watton, Norfolk.He remained in the airforce for 25 years,getting his long sevive and exemplary behaviour medal ,as Chief tech.Hi will be terribly missed by Catherine (wife of 42 years) and sons Andrew and Stephen & family. X
