Dad passed away in December 2023, just 8 days shy of his 92nd birthday. He served in the RAF as an apprentice at the age of 16 at RAF Halton. He was in various RAF Statins before being posted to Singapore and Kuala Lumpa in the mid 1950s and then again in the 1960s. He was posted to RAF Lasrbruck in the 1970s and then he left the RAF after 30 years as a Warrant Officer. He loved his time in the RAF and so did we as children. He lived a long and happy life with his wife Jean and he will be missed
