Remembering Leading Aircraftsman 2765782 John Robert Charles Handford Born 4th June 1933 - Died 22nd April 2020 National Service at RAF Rudloe Manor October 1954 - October 1956 Our father enjoyed and had fond memories of his two-year National Service with the Royal Air Force. There is no doubt during the three months following our father’s diagnosis he took great solace in these memories and looking at his photographs in his RAF uniform.
