On 27 November 2021 at the age of 80, Warrant Officer (retired) Terence ‘Terry’ Winston Rowe passed away. Born in Paignton, Devon - he joined the RAF, served 30 years and travelled all over the world both as a single man and with his wife and family. He was the best husband, daddy and Bampy and we miss him with all our hearts
