Daddy joined the RAF as an Apprentice Airframe Technician at RAF Halton in January 1952. He gained his commission in August 1961 and retired in 1993 - He loved his whole RAF career and made many special friends; After retirement, he initially worked in Local Authority, before completing an OU degree in Environmental Sciences at the age of 70.
Always a caring family man, he was very much loved - and will be sorely missed by us all- especially Jean, to whom he was married for 62 years....
